Hansa Urbana S.A. was formed in 1994 through the merger of two established real estate developers, Finacom and Urbamed, each with more than 20 years experience. Within 10 years Hansa Urbana has become one of the top 20 leading property developers across Spain, taking account of its turnover, net profit and shareholders’ equity. Also within that time timeframe Hansa Urbana has succeeded in achieving its initial strategic goals set at the timeof the merger;

Today, Hansa Urbana operates within the Real Estate Industry through three main Business Units:

Responsible for creating, developing, marketing and delivering large resorts under a multiple range of products such us residential, hotel areas, golf courses, commercial areas, etc.

Responsible for creating, developing, marketing and delivering residential units (housing) located within main Spanish metropolitan areas such us Madrid, Barcelona, Sevilla, Valencia, Alicante, Murcia, Jerez, etc.

Responsible for developing, marketing and managing Real Estate Assets, such as Office Blocks, Commercial Centers, Hotels, Golf Courses, Restaurants, Old People’s Home, etc.

Hansa Urbana currently operates through its own local offices in Alicante, Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Murcia, Palma de Mallorca, Córdoba and Jerez, being centrally managed by its Headquarters located in Alicante.

At a corporate level Hansa Urbana is extremely proud of its impressive share register composition, with leading national financial institutions (CAM Bank and Caja San Fernando) and Hansa Urbana’s top management as major participants. Having two of the major Spanish national savings banks, as its main shareholders assures the continuity, reliability and transparency of Hansa Urbana‘s business performance.
