Each individually designed villa will be, by definition, exclusive and different because each plot is exclusive and different. Every client deserves and gets personal service and attention leading to an individual home with its own personality hopefully matching that of the owners. Each individually designed villa may consist of anything from 2 bedrooms up to a mansion, but no matter the scale of the development or size of the budget we never lose sight of the need to deliver the highest standard of quality and service at all times.

We work with a limited number of local builders and developers who offer plots of differing sizes, all designated as residencial building plots, featuring sea views, valley views and mountain views. We pride ourselves in our ability to select quality constructors with a proven track record and lengthy history of building villas and bungalows, whilst adhering to the latest building regulations and using the latest techniques and materials. Most are privately owned, and/or family run, leading to an extremely personal service from the builders, which only serves to compliment our service.

Our builders ensure that they only use materials and experienced craftsmen from the local villages of Javea, Benitachell, Jalon, Denia, Moraira as necessary, blended with modern building components and techniques. The local materials include natural stone, wood, ceramics and marble, and by using these materials ensure that each villa immediately fits in with its local surroundings. Notwithstanding, we expect the building work to be executed strictly according to the highest quality standards and safety guidelines. This means high quality standards from the foundations to the roof, from the structure of the walls even down to the bathroom fittings.

Our builders have flourished as more and more people seek the quality and uniqueness that is associated with an individually built Villa, which only serves to compliment the beauty of the northern Costa Blanca. Our builders restrict themselves to building a limited number of villas in specific locations around the Javea, Denia, Benitachell, Jalon, Moraira, area with its intoxicating coastline, its perfect climate, stunning beauty and easy access to both the Alicante and Valencia airports.

We expect our builders to listen to the client, thereby resulting in a design that reflects what the client wants. All clients change their minds about several details during construction, we try to ensure that in partnership with the builders the villa is still finished on time and within budget.
